BULLDOGASSET MANAGEMENT

For banks and finance companies

Lock in the sales price. Still sell vehicles and equipment the commercially reasonable way.

Bulldog guarantees you a purchase price on your repossessed trucks, trailers and equipment before they move. Then we market them to retail buyers, and then to wholesale buyers, to beat that price. When a sale nets you more, you keep the upside. If it doesn't, we buy the asset at the guaranteed price.

The program

Three tiers, one agreement

Each portfolio gets one written agreement with a guaranteed price on every asset. The first two tiers try to beat that price. The third guarantees it.

Commercially reasonable

Every step on the record

UCC Article 9 requires every aspect of a collateral disposition to be commercially reasonable: method, manner, time, place and terms. The program documents each one.

  • Purchase price agreed in writing before the asset moves
  • Condition report and photos within 72 hours
  • Offered to retail buyers first, then wholesale buyers
  • Listings and offers received reported to the lender
  • Final sale terms and proceeds remitted with a disposition report
